Everything On The Full

Everything On The Full is a fast paced cardio/fitness workout. This drill can be done with a number of players on the court, however in this scenario it is the coach feeding to a player.

  1. The coach will feed balls into the air, which the player on the opposite side must hit on the full, and not let bounce. If the ball bounces the player has to complete a physical task such as 5 pushups.
  2. The coach should feed the ball in such a way so that the player has just enough time to get to the ball and execute a good shot.
  3. This drill is also designed for the player to hit drive volleys, overhead smashes, and conventional volleys, both high and low.
  4. All the shots must be hit as mentioned on the full, without it bouncing.
