Diamond Relay

Diamond relay is a fitness exercise that can be done by any number of players. If it is done by a coach during a private lesson, then the coach should time the player to see how fast they go. For more than 1 player, make it a competition with equal numbers on either end of the court.

  1. Players line up in order of who’s running first to last.
  2. The first player will run and complete the 4 stages of running, touching the net post to begin with, at point 1, running back and then proceeding to sprint to point 2, and so forth until point 4 is reached, and the next player in line is tagged.

The first team to go through the whole line once, wins, and can receive some sort of reward from the coach.
