This tennis drill is for more advanced players who are playing 2 vs. 1 style tennis. There are three corridors set up on the court, marked out by the cones and the singles lines. The two player’s on one end pick a corridor each, in the example below they have picked the two corridors on either side, leaving the middle one empty.
The player on the other end of the court is moving from corridor to corridor (side to side). The two players on the other end must hit their shots to the corridor that the single player moves too. Players play first to 7 points, and then swap over.
This game is great for improving consistency and accuracy as well as helping the two players on one end improve their vision of their opponent’s movements using their peripheral vision.
